BidsforLeads Provider Terms and Conditions
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by BidsforLeads, a company located in Dubai, and you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) as a user of the BidsforLeads platform and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). BidsforLeads is an online platform designed to connect service providers with verified leads through a competitive bidding process. By using the Platform, including both free and subscription-based services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, including the BidsforLeads Privacy Policy.

Please read these terms carefully. They outline the legal rights and obligations for providers using the BidsforLeads platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using the BidsforLeads website, mobile application, or related services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any section, you are prohibited from further using the BidsforLeads platform.
1.1 Modifications of Terms
BidsforLeads reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through various methods, including but not limited to email, SMS, app notifications, or updates on the website. The changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Definitions
- Platform: The BidsforLeads online service platform, website, and mobile application where providers can bid on and purchase leads.
- Provider: A registered business or individual offering services on BidsforLeads. Providers are required to register and maintain an active account in good standing.
- Lead: A potential customer whose details are shared with the winning provider after a successful bid. A lead represents a service opportunity.
- Verified Lead: A lead that has been pre-screened and verified by BidsforLeads through direct interaction and AI tools, confirming the service required, location, and consent to share details with a provider.
- Auction: A real-time bidding process lasting 15 minutes where providers compete to secure a lead.
- Bid: The financial amount a provider offers in exchange for securing a lead.
- Winning Bid: The highest bid placed at the end of an auction. In cases where bids are tied, the first bid submitted at the highest price wins.
- Subscription Plan: A paid service that grants the provider enhanced benefits, such as priority in auctions, access to multiple emirates, and higher service categories.
- Pay-Per-Lead: A pricing model where providers only pay for the leads they win in auctions.
- Credits: A monetary balance uploaded by providers to their BidsforLeads account, used for placing bids.
3. Platform and Application Usage and Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
To use the BidsforLeads platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering and using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements. BidsforLeads reserves the right to verify the identity of all registered users and may request additional information (such as Emirate IDs) to ensure eligibility
3.2 Access to the Platform
Access to the platform may be limited or restricted if BidsforLeads detects suspicious activity or violations of these terms. Providers are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must notify BidsforLeads immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
4. User Conduct
When using the BidsforLeads platform, providers agree to follow all applicable laws and ethical standards, and agree not to engage in the following activities:
4.1 Unlawful Activities:
Providers may not engage in illegal activities, including fraud, false representation, or violating local laws in the UAE.
4.2 Misuse of the Platform:
Providers agree not to manipulate the auction system, submit false information, or employ tactics designed to unfairly influence the bidding process. Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform will result in immediate account termination.
4.3 Communication:
Providers must maintain professional and respectful communication with clients (leads). Harassment, aggressive sales tactics, and misrepresentation of services are strictly prohibited. BidsforLeads reserves the right to ban providers who violate this policy.
4.4 Security Breaches:
Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, including hacking or password mining, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
5. Services Offered
BidsforLeads provides providers with the ability to bid on verified leads through an auction system. Providers can choose from two primary models for lead acquisition:
5.1 Pay-Per-Lead:
Providers pay only for the leads they win through bidding, with no recurring fees. However, providers using this model are restricted to selecting one emirate and one category of services.
5.2 Subscription Plan:
Providers subscribing to a plan receive additional benefits, including priority in auctions, access to multiple emirates, and unlimited category selection. Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected package.
5.3 Additional Services
Providers who subscribe to premium plans may receive enhanced features such as:
- Real-time auction insights (e.g., which competitors have placed bids)
- Increased dispute privileges
- Discounts on credits and lead packages
- Priority customer support
6. Bidding Process
6.1 Auction Process
Leads are auctioned over a 15-minute period. Providers can place as many bids as they wish during this window. Once a lead has been won, the contact details for the lead are sent to the winning provider for immediate follow-up:
6.2 Bid Pricing
The starting price for each auction is calculated by BidsforLeads AI based on various factors, such as lead quality, service type, urgency, and budget. Bids can range from $10 to $10,000 depending on the lead’s estimated value.:
6.3 Notifications
Providers receive real-time notifications when they are outbid during an auction. These notifications do not disclose the amount of the competing bid but allow providers to adjust their offers as needed.:
6.4 Winning an Auction
The provider with the highest bid at the end of the auction wins the lead. In the event of a tie, the first bid placed at the highest amount wins. Providers are expected to follow up with the lead promptly after receiving contact information.
6.5 No Obligation
Providers are not obligated to participate in every auction. They can choose which leads to bid on based on their budget, business needs, and service offerings.
7. Subscription and Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription Plans
Providers may opt for different subscription tiers, offering various benefits such as priority in auctions and access to a broader range of service categories. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including annual plans, which cannot be canceled mid-term for a refund
7.2 Pay-Per-Lead Model
Providers who choose the Pay-Per-Lead model will only be charged for the leads they win through auctions. These providers are limited to selecting one emirate and one category.
7.3 Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely via the platform’s integrated payment gateways (such as Stripe, Google Pay, or Apple Pay). BidsforLeads does not store credit card details, and providers must ensure that their payment information is up to date to continue participating in auctions..
7.4 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscription plans are renewed automatically unless the provider cancels the plan at least seven days before the end of the billing period. Providers who cancel their subscription will retain access to premium features until the end of their billing cycle but will not be entitled to a refund for unused time..
8. Credits Management
8.1 Uploading Credits
Providers must upload credits to their account to participate in auctions. Once credits are uploaded, they cannot be refunded, except as required by applicable law. Providers are responsible for managing their credit balance to ensure they can continue bidding.
8.2 Credit Packages
BidsforLeads offers various credit packages, including bulk options that provide bonus credits (e.g., buy 1000 AED and receive 100 AED extra). BidsforLeads reserves the right to modify or discontinue these packages without prior notice
8.3 Bonus Credits
providers who add a payment method will receive a 100 AED bonus, which can be used as 10 AED off for every 50 AED spent in auctions. Bonus credits may only be used within specific terms, and BidsforLeads reserves the right to discontinue this bonus offer at any time.
8.4 Credit Expiration
Credits do not expire unless the provider’s account becomes inactive for an extended period (defined as 12
nths without logging in). BidsforLeads will notify providers before credits are set to expire.
9. Lead Quality and Dispute Resolution
Providers may raise a dispute if they believe that the lead they won does not match the quality promised by the platform. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of receiving the lead, and the provider must submit clear evidence, such as screenshots or communication logs.
9.1 Dispute Process:
All disputes will be reviewed by BidsforLeads, and the decision of the platform is final and binding. Disputes without sufficient evidence will not be considered.
9.2 Verified Lead Guarantees:
Leads that are verified by BidsforLeads will be reviewed through multiple processes, including interaction with the lead and AI analysis. Providers are encouraged to contact the lead promptly after winning an auction to ensure quality follow-up.
10. Communication with Clients
Providers are required to maintain a professional demeanor when communicating with leads. BidsforLeads expects all providers to uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency. Improper behavior, such as harassment, misleading clients, or aggressive sales tactics, may result in immediate account suspension or banning.
11. Account Approval and Verification
Providers registering on BidsforLeads must complete a verification process, which includes submitting identification documents (such as Emirate IDs). The platform reserves the right to approve or reject any registration request based on eligibility criteria
11.1 Rejection of Applications:
If an application is rejected, the provider will be informed of the reason, and the submitted identification information will be deleted according to Dubai law. Rejected providers may reapply after one month.
11.2 Account Termination:
BidsforLeads reserves the right to suspend or terminate any provider account for violating the platform’s terms. Providers who are terminated will not be able to re-register without prior approval from the platform.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
BidsforLeads is committed to protecting the personal data of its users, including providers and leads. All data collected by the platform is processed in accordance with the BidsforLeads Privacy Policy.
12.1 GDPR Compliance:
Providers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise these rights, providers should contact support@bidsforleads.com.
12.2 Use of Client Data:
Providers agree not to misuse the contact information of leads for purposes other than following up on service requests. Unauthorized use of client data may result in account termination and legal action.
13. Liability and Disclaimers
BidsforLeads is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Providers use the platform at their own risk, and BidsforLeads does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any leads. The platform is not responsible for any loss of business, profit, or data resulting from the use of the platform.
13.1 Limitation of Liability:
In no event will BidsforLeads be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the provider for the lead in dispute.
14. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under UAE law.
15. Termination of Services
BidsforLeads reserves the right to terminate or suspend any provider’s account at its sole discretion. Providers who are terminated will lose access to all leads, credits, and subscriptions. BidsforLeads is not obligated to provide any explanation for such termination.
16. Spam Law Compliance
16.1 Compliance with Anti-Spam Laws
BidsforLeads complies with applicable spam laws and ensures that providers have control over the types of communications they receive. By registering on the platform, providers agree to receive communications through email, SMS, and WhatsApp for important updates, account information, and promotional offers.
- Providers may opt-out of promotional communications by adjusting their notification settings within the platform or by blocking WhatsApp communications.
- Important notifications, including those related to account activities or security alerts, will still be sent even if promotional notifications are disabled.
Providers are responsible for managing their notification preferences through the platform.
17. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of BidsforLeads or its licensors. Providers may not copy, distribute, or misuse any materials provided by the platform without express permission.
18. Subscription Cancellation and Account Termination
Providers may cancel their subscription at any time. No additional fees will be charged after cancellation, but benefits will continue until the end of the billing cycle. BidsforLeads reserves the right to terminate any provider account that violates these terms.
Annual Subscription Refunds: Providers who purchase an annual subscription will not be eligible for a refund if they choose to cancel their subscription before the term expires.
19. Communications and Opt-Out
By registering on the platform, providers agree to receive communications from BidsforLeads, including newsletters, promotional offers, and notifications related to their account. Providers can opt-out of marketing communications by following the instructions included in the emails or by contacting support@bidsforleads.com. However, important account and operational notifications will still be sent as necessary.
