BidsforLeads Provider Terms and Conditions for Partners
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between BidsforLeads LLC (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) and the Partner (“You” or “Partner”) for participation in our lead generation platform (“Platform”). By joining our partnership program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Note on Legal Relationship
It is important to understand that this partnership does not create any legal bonds, agency, or joint venture between BidsforLeads LLC and the Partner. The partnership is based purely on business activities related to lead generation and sales through the Platform, and each party is responsible for its own operations.
BidsforLeads LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any company applying to become a Partner, and there will be no legal claim or liability against us for such decisions. We maintain the right to deny approval at our sole discretion.

1. Partner Eligibility and Relationship
1.1. Definition of Partner:
The term “Partner” refers to any company approved by BidsforLeads LLC to generate and submit leads to the platform. Being accepted as a “Partner” does not establish any legal partnership or joint venture between the Partner and BidsforLeads LLC. It is purely a business relationship where the Partner generates leads and earns revenue through the platform.
1.2. No Legal Partnership
Partners are independent entities and are not considered employees, agents, or legal partners of BidsforLeads LLC. There are no legal bonds or obligations beyond the specific terms outlined in this agreement, and each party remains fully responsible for its own business operations.
1.3. Approval Process
BidsforLeads LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any company applying to become a Partner. If a company is not approved, there will be no legal claims or liabilities against BidsforLeads LLC. The decision to approve or reject any company is made at the sole discretion of BidsforLeads LLC.
2. Lead Generation, Matching, and Pricing
2.1. Lead Creation and Submission
Partners are responsible for generating and submitting leads to the platform. Submitted leads must be genuine and of high quality.
2.2. Lead Matching
The platform’s AI system matches leads with potential buyers based on criteria such as service type, location, and price range. If a lead does not receive a match (e.g., service not available, insufficient buyers), the partner will not have any legal claim against BidsforLeads LLC. This information will be delivered to the partner with full transparency via the partner dashboard.
2.3. Lead Pricing
The initial price of each lead is non-negotiable and determined by the platform’s AI system. This price is calculated based on several factors, including the quality of the lead, current market demand, and data from previous auctions.
2.4. Revenue Distribution
Once a lead is sold, revenue is split as follows:
• Partner: 5% of the final selling price.
• BidsforLeads LLC: 20% service fee.
• Provider (Buyer): 75% of the revenue from the lead.
3. Revenue Sharing and Commissions
3.1. Revenue Share on Lead Sales
Partners will receive 5% of the final selling price for each lead sold through the platform, while BidsforLeads LLC retains a 20% service fee, and the provider who buys the lead retains 75%.
3.2. Commission on Converted Lead
If a lead converts into a deal, the partner is entitled to 5% of BidsforLeads LLC’s 25% commission on the total deal. Commissions will only be paid after BidsforLeads LLC has received its payment from the agent. Commissions will not be paid at the point of the deal closure but once the company receives its commission.
4. Dispute Resolution and Refunds
4.1. Dispute Process
If a buyer disputes the quality or accuracy of a lead, our AI system and support team will review the issue by considering factors such as lead behavior and buyer feedback.
4.2. Refunds
If a dispute is found to be valid, the revenue from that lead will be reversed, and no commission will be paid to the partner.
4.3. Repeated Disputes
Partners who generate a high number of disputed leads will be subject to penalties, including suspension or banning from the platform.
5. Banning and Penalties
5.1. Reasons for Banning
BidsforLeads LLC reserves the right to ban or suspend a partner for any of the following reasons:
• Submission of fake or fraudulent leads.
• Excessive disputes raised by buyers regarding lead quality.
• Low volume of leads generated.
• Low performance compared to other partners in terms of lead quality and sales conversion.
• Violation of any other terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
5.2. AI Monitoring for Fraud
Our AI system continuously monitors lead quality, behavior, and patterns. If suspicious activities, such as fake lead submissions, are detected, the leads will be flagged for review, and the partner may face penalties.
5.3. Penalties for Fake Leads
If a partner is found submitting fake or fraudulent leads, they may face the following penalties:
• Financial penalties.
• Suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
• Reversal of earnings from any fraudulent leads.
6. Transparency of Technology
6.1. AI and Automation
Our platform uses advanced AI to verify, price, and match leads with buyers. The system ensures transparency and accuracy in all aspects of lead management, including quality checks, dynamic pricing, and matching with relevant buyers.
6.2. Partner Dashboard
Partners have full access to their dashboard, which provides real-time insights into lead performance, pricing, sales, and revenue. This transparency allows partners to monitor and optimize their lead generation efforts.
7. Future Revenues
7.1. Unique Lead Identification
Each lead is considered unique once verified by its phone number. If this client returns in the future for additional services or creates additional leads, the partner who originally submitted the lead will continue to benefit from these future transactions.
7.2. Future Revenue from Leads
If the same client, identified by their phone number, requests future services or generates new leads, the partner will earn revenue as if it were a new lead. This ensures that partners benefit from the long-term value of each lead they create.
8. Money Release and Payment Process
8.1. One-Month Delay for Revenue Release
here will be a one-month delay from the time revenue is generated to when the profits can be released. This period allows BidsforLeads LLC to examine and review any disputed leads. After this period, and upon resolution of disputes, profits will be eligible for withdrawal.
8.2. Payment Methods
Money will be released to the partner’s bank account, PayPal, or any other compatible payment provider. The partner can select their preferred method during profile setup.
8.3. Payment Provider Commissions
BidsforLeads LLC reserves the right to deduct a small percentage from released revenue to cover payment provider fees. These deductions will be transparent and reflected in the partner’s dashboard.
8.4. Completion of Financial Profile
Partners must complete their financial profile and provide all required documentation, including banking details and tax information, before they can release profits.
8.5. All Profits Inclusive of VAT
All revenues generated through the platform are inclusive of VAT. Partners are responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax laws, including VAT payments and reporting.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. Right to Change Terms:
BidsforLeads LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice to partners. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform, and it is the responsibility of the partners to review these Terms regularly for updates.
